Furness Magistrates Court.
A man accused of drug possession and criminal damage is set to appear in court in Barrow.
The defendant, Roy James Heaton, 31, of no fixed abode, is accused of causing criminal damage to a window to the value of £213 on May 9.
Heaton is also alleged to have been in possession of a Class B controlled drug, namely cannabis, on the same date.
He was due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court.
