A FOOTY fan is to stand trial accused of racial harassment and using threatening behaviour at a Barrow AFC game.
Until that date Darren Cronin must not attend any Bluebirds games as part of his bail conditions. The 41-year-old must also inform the police if he changes address.
The case was adjourned for trial at Furness Magistrates' Court on September 14.
Cronin, of Cambridge Court, Dalton, was released on conditional bail until then. He was represented in court yesterday by defence solicitor Mr Michael Graham.
