Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of using threatening and abusive behaviour.
Mark Graham Richardson, 26, was due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court this morning (18) but failed to attend.
Richardson, of Marsh Street Barrow, is accused of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour on September 5 and again on October 3.
The warrant was issued by District Judge Gerald Chalk.
