Why can't the Management of the Hospitals Trust bring extra midwives from Kendal and Lancaster? It is downgrading the unit by stealth.

This is a Major Issue here,there is No doubt about it! but I do hope this is not just a band wagon for Ambitious politicians to jump on? As there are other, just as worthwhile & pressing problems in our Local NHS & Health Services, Especially Mental Health, Please dont cherry pick Mr & Mrs Woodcock?
