Who cares?
If the yanks say yes then there will be a replacement if the yanks say no then there won't.Seriously is this the sort of decision that the plebs get to make?
Even if their is as Barrow is the only yard licensed to build and fit nuclear reactors then there is a better than evens chance that the subs carry the missiles will be built here... unless the yanks demand they be built over the pond in which case...
