Yes I agree if it can be enforced. never heard of anyone fined yet at the rate now. Birchwood Drive Ulverston was discusting on Saturday morning when I walked that way. Catching the dog owners responsible is not easy. Probably happening late at night or early morning when dark and no one around to witness

Whats the point its £100 now and knowone is ever fined for it as these fines are not imposed. Bigger fines should go to those dog owners who pick it up in a bag then chuck the bag on the floor? At least with dog poo outside of the bag the rain can wash it away!!
