Yes maybe the council could try it for the Weekendstrading up till Xmas? Any help to the shops in town has to help, it may also attract more people into town?

I hope Caren Hindle is watching? so far 79 percent of 114 votes agree that a 20p an hour charge will improve town centre trading. Thats nearly 8 in 10 Caren?
