Have your say

Irrespective of what Ron Creer and Proactivator are saying, squatting is illegal and should always have been so. No argument.

Many people buy second homes as investments and leave them empty so they can be quickly and easily sold on again without all the hassle of getting the tenants out. These homes and/or properties are vulnerable to the ravages of squatters. Objectively viewed, a balance has to be struck somewhere between Empty Homes and Homeless People !!
