FIREFIGHTERS were called to rescue a child who had got stuck in a swing in Barrow this afternoon.
A 12-year-old girl was freed after getting stuck in the children's play area in Talisman Close at about 1pm.
The crew from Barrow was dispatched to the scene and managed to free the girl by dismantling the seat.
She did not sustain any injuries.
