Barrow teenager in court for indecent images of children

A BARROW teenager will appear in court charged with 13 counts of making indecent images of children.

Paul Brian Martindale, of Anson Street, Barrow, will appear before Furness Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday charged with 13 counts of making indecent images of children.

The charge relates to downloading, or accessing the images.

It is alleged Martindale, 19, accessed the images from 2011 to February 2013.

The images ranged from level one to level four, which is the second most severe category.

He will appear in court on Tuesday which will be his first appearance for the alleged offences.
