Barrow school pupil to appear in court for criminal damage

A BARROW school pupil has been charged with criminal damage.

Furness Academy in Barrow

Police arrested the 16-year-old Barrow youth on March 7. The Furness Academy pupil was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage at the secondary school.

A police spokesman confirmed yesterday that the boy has now been charged with criminal damage and causing nuisance/disturbance on the academy premises. He will appear at Furness Youth Court on April 25.
