Barrow man admits being drunk and disorderly

A MAN has appeared in court and admitted being drunk and disorderly in Barrow town centre.

Spencer John Hoyland appeared at Furness Magistrates’ Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to the offence. The 23-year-old, of Clive Street, Barrow, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Cavendish Street, Barrow, on November 24.

Representing himself in court, Hoyland told the magistrates he regretted the incident. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £22 victim surcharge.
