Barrow man accused of having £5k-worth of cannabis

AN alleged Barrow drug dealer will appear in crown court.

Cameron Rafferty, of Park Avenue, Barrow, appeared before Furness Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis.

Rafferty, 20, is alleged to have been in possession of 476g of cannabis, with a street value of £5,000.

Rafferty entered no plea and is due to appear before Preston Crown Court on August 29.
