A CALL has gone out for politically minded youngsters to take part in the UK's Youth Parliament.

Cumbria County Council is urging Barrow and South Lakes students to put their names forward to join the parliament.

Young people aged 11-18 can join the 300-strong body and help to shape the future of young people across the county, and the country.
