FATHER CHRISTMAS and his elves have sent a special message to congratulate The Mail's Christmas Stars nominees ahead of meeting the deserving children this week.
We asked the public to nominate brave and selflessness children for The Mail's Christmas Stars appeal 2017, and throughout December we have shared their stories of great courage and kindness.
On Friday Father Christmas and his elves will join the Cinderella panto cast at The Forum, in Barrow, for a magical Christmas party for these deserving children in our communities. There will be Christmas gift, treats and some wonderful surprises.
In addition, two Christmas Stars winners will also be receiving a visit from Father Christmas at home this week. The families have now been contacted.
The Mail's Christmas Stars is kindly supported by Heath's Toymaster in Dalton Road, Barrow, The Forum, in Barrow, the cast of the Cinderella panto, Barrow and District Disability Association and St Mary's Guides.
