Months of masterclasses and rehearsals culminate in a musical playoff between the two remaining orchestras at the Royal Albert Hall, who are bidding for the chance to perform at the celebrated Proms in the Park.

This episode in the long-running hospital drama sees paramedics Ethan and Alicia thrown together in a rescue operation.
