Schools in parts of Cumbria closed due to snow
Some schools in Cumbria have been forced to close due to the wintry weather.
Closed schools:
- Great Orton Primary School, Carlisle
- Wiggonby C of E School, Wigton
- Ireby School, Wigton
- Milburn School, Wigton
- Lees Hill School
- Lanercost School, near Brampton
- Shankhill C of E School, near Longtown
- Bassenthwaite School, Keswick
- St James' Catholic Primary School, Millom
- Dowdales School, Dalton-in-Furness
All are due to reopen tomorrow.
