The A590 at Lindale.
POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses after a hit-and-run on the A590 which resulted in a car spinning into the crash barrier.
The crash happened at around 3.30pm on Tuesday February 14 on the eastbound carriageway of the A590 at Lindale.
Witnesses said a grey or green estate vehicle moved from lane two into lane one, crashing into another vehicle and sending it into a spin. The car then smashed into the crash barrier.
The estate vehicle failed to stop and drove away from the scene, leaving the other driver shaken with minor injuries.
