POLICE are trying to trace a man who exposed himself to a woman in west Cumbria while wearing nothing but a blue beanie hat.
The incident happened at Crerar Close in Maryport at around 12.40am today.
It is the fourth time a man in a beanie hat has exposed himself in the street since December.
Other incidents were reported to police on December 23, December 29 and January 10.
Inspector Richard Smillie said: "No one has been approached during any of these incidents, but it is obviously very shocking for those who have seen him.
"It is completely unacceptable and we are working hard to trace the man responsible."
