SNOW is causing chaos for motorists across the region with ploughs out in force on roads in Cumbria.
Motorists on the A66 and A686 roads in Cumbria are today experiencing delays and closures because of snow.
The A592 at Troutbeck near Windermere and the A686 at Hartside are both closed.
The vehicle ferry at Windermere between Bowness and Far Sawrey is not operating because of strong winds.
