A PENSIONER from Askam is due to go on trial accused of indecently assaulting a young girl.
Robert Bolton, of Duke Street, Askam, has pleaded not guilty to two charges of indecently assaulting a girl under 14 between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2002. The offences are alleged to have happened in Askam.
The 77-year-old is due to stand trial at Barrow Crown Court on Monday.
