TWO men have been charged with child abduction after a 13-year-old girl went missing from Lancashire and was found in Cumbria.
Lancashire Police officers launched a search for the girl after she went missing on Sunday August 28 from Nelson.
She was found in the Furness area on Thursday September 1.
Dean Hughes, 47, of Temple Street, Nelson, and Dale Beresford, 22, of Temple Street, Nelson, were both charged with child abduction.
They appeared at Preston Crown Court on September 3 and they were remanded into custody.
