A MAN has been charged in connection with a number of fraud offences against a leading business support organisation in Cumbria.
James Cox, 51, of no fixed address but living in Bristol, has been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation and four counts of transfer of criminal property.
This relates to four offences committed at Britain's Energy Coast in West Cumbria.
Mr Cox will appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court tomorrow.
