TRAFFIC has started moving again on the M6 northbound following an incident with a trailer which led to the road being closed between J39, B6261 Shap and J40, A66 Penrith.
One lane is now open but two remain closed after the incident with two vehicles and trailer.
Motorists should expect delays and heavy congestion.
