Weather Forecast for Sunday August 28 to Monday August 29
Tonight (Sunday night): The showers should tend to die away through the evening to leave many places dry with variable cloud. Some mist and fog patches may form in the early hours as winds fall light.
Tomorrow (Monday): Any overnight mist and fog will soon lift to leave many places fine and dry. A few isolated showers are possible most probably in south-east England in the morning and north-west Scotland may have some patchy rain in the afternoon. Most places will have gentle winds but Northern Ireland and western Scotland will see a brisk south-westerly develop.
UK Outlook (Tuesday and Wednesday): It will stay largely settled through Tuesday with gentle to moderate winds, although north-west Scotland may be cloudier and windier with a risk of rain. Temperatures will start to rise again on Tuesday too. On Wednesday, southern England and south Wales will be fine and warm.
