The home is on Barrow Island, just metres away from an area which recently benefited from a seven figure investment programme.

At £15,000 it is almost £115,000 cheaper than the average property prices for Barrow.
And while some areas of Barrow Island - mainly Egerton Court - have a reputation for crime and disorder, just three incidents were reported in the Schooner Street area - where the flat is located - in December.
