Askam man due in court charged with Pit Bull Terrier offences
AN Askam man has been charged with two offences related to having a fighting dog.
Timothy Alan Bolleslaw Szajduk of High Duddon Close is due to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court today.
The 54-year-old is accused of being in possession of a banned breed of dog, namely a Pit Bull Terrier named Randy in Askam on March 29 of this year. Szajduk is also charged with being in possession of the dog which was dangerously out of control in Saves Lane.
