ALLOTMENT owners in Askam have been advised to check their properties after a series of break-ins.
Police are investigating the theft of a number of items from the Lots Road allotments in Askam. The thefts took place between 8pm on Thursday August 18 and 8am on Friday August 19.
Items stolen include a 4x4 vehicle, a bike, power tools, fishing rods and reels.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
