ITV Pop Idol's Will Young will be coming to Barrow in September as part of a 50-date UK tour.
His 2024 Light It Up Live tour will run from September through to November with each date promising 'an intimate evening of acoustic performances, stories and conversation.'
The multi-award winning pop star is back after two years with his new single, Falling Deep, which was released yesterday (April 18).

Speaking about the tour, Young said: "I’m very excited to be going to a lot of places I haven’t been. I wanted to go to smaller venues so I could properly get around the country rather than just playing the big cities."
The singer came to prominence after winning the 2002 inaugural series of the ITV talent contest Pop Idol - which made him the first ever winner of the worldwide Idol franchise.
He beat out fellow contestant Gareth Gates to the top spot in what became one of the most iconic rivalries in UK pop history.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, April 26 at 10am with Young coming to the Forum Theatre on September 7.
