A restaurant in Millom was met with a surprise health inspection on Thursday.
The team at Da Vinci Ristorante were greeted by a representative of the Environmental Health Agency on behalf of Cumberland Council on April 18.

However, the shock of the visit was not enough to see staff falter or standards slip, with the restaurant earning its latest five star rating.
The manager at Da Vinci explained that the whole team were 'very proud' to have been given the latest glowing review.
The Italian restaurant, found in Market Square, has grown to be a popular destination in the area, thanks to its authenticity and family-run atmosphere.
Its last rating came back in November 2019, which also saw the restaurant earn five stars.
