Cumbria police have launched an appeal after an attempted car break-in in Ulverston.
The incident involved a Peugeot that was car parked in Monument Way.
The attempt happened some time between 6.30pm yesterday (16 April) and 9am today (17 April).
A spokesperson for Cumbria police said: "Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it quoting incident number 35 of 17/4. You can also phone on 101.
"Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
