People in Barrow will have the chance to write a lasting tribute to Dave Myers from today (Monday, March 4).
The TV chef, best known as one half of the Hairy Bikers, passed away on Thursday, February 29 following a two year fight with cancer.
After the news broke, it was revealed that a book of condolences would be made available through the Barrow Town Clerk.
For ease of access, this has now been opened at The Forum, giving locals an opportunity to pen messages to the beloved Barrow-born celebrity.
On Thursday, the flag at Barrow Town Hall was also flown at half mast to mark the death.
Westmorland and Furness Council plans to create a 'permanent' commemoration of Dave's legacy, according to the chief executive Sam Plum.
You can find the book and write your tribute in the foyer of the Forum.
