TV presenter Helen Skelton visited Boardwalk Bar and Grill in Bowness to film an ITV 'current affairs programme' and joined them for lunch.
Helen Skelton and her film crew asked to use the Glebe Road premises to 'record a current affairs programme about how to get good deals on holidays and what to avoid,' according to a spokesperson from the bar and grill.
Boardwalk Bar and Grill said they visited early in the week commencing February 26.
"Filming took a few hours and they joined us for lunch, giving amazing feedback," the spokesperson said.
The episode will be on Thursday, March 14 (8.30pm) on ITV, according to the spokesperson.
Carlisle-born Helen Skelton was also recently spotted at Brew Room cafe in Windermere for a show with Gok Wan - the owner said this was for a Sky production and she was unsure what the show was about.
