DRIVERS are being warned ahead of a two-day road closure.
A section of Greystone Lane near Dalton will be closed Westmorland and Furness highway works are carried out.
The effect of the order is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along from its junction with Long Lane, extending in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 680m.
This is anticipated to start on February 26 and take up to three days to complete.
The road will be closed between 8am and 4pm daily.
An alternative route can be found via the unrestricted section of Long Lane, Newton Road and Newton Cross Road.
