With Christmas over, many will be wanting the Christmas tree and decorations down and put away ASAP.
Picking your Christmas tree is a fun, easy task but getting rid of your real tree and knowing where you can dump it can be an arduous task.
According to Recycle For Cumbria, the best way to have your tree recycled is at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre or through your kerbside green waste collection service, if you have one available.
To make the transition from Christmas that little bit easier, we’ve listed the locations and opening times of these centres across Cumbria.

Where and when to recycle your Christmas tree in Cumbria
Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) will all be open as usual throughout the festive season with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, when they will all be closed.
All the HWRCs will also be closing at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
