A CHARITY rugby match is to be played at Hindpool Tigers Rugby Club. 

The match will be hosted by NCS Windermere, a recreation centre in the Lake District. 

Under 5s can go free and any other ticket costs £2. There will be a henna tattoo stand, a cake stall, tombola, a DJ, and classic stalls such as guess the teddy's name, how many sweets in the jar, hook a duck and a coconut shy.

The event will run from 1.30pm to 4.30 pm today - with kick-off at 2.30 pm. 

St Mary's Hospice provides end-of-life care for people with terminal illnesses. 

It runs as a charity, and provides services free of charge to the community but it costs over £3.5 million a year to keep the hospice running. Only 17 per cent comes from the NHS.
