AN empty premises in Barrow town centre could be poised to welcome new tenants after remaining vacant for two years.
The Premier convenience store in Dalton Road closed in 2016 and followed in the footsteps of Store Twenty One at the top of Dalton Road and Portland Walk.
Concerted efforts, from two separate estate agents, to find a new tenant have been made for the following two years and now Peill & Co has updated the signs outside the store to declare it is "now let".
The property was being advertised for sale, at a price of £130,000, or to let and includes the ground floor shop and upper floor which has outline consent for conversion to 5 self-contained flats.
