A MAN accused of having a kitchen knife in a public place and destroying to two car tyres is due to appear in court tomorrow (Wednesday).
Darren Cubin, aged 41, of Crake Mount, Spark Bridge, allegedly caused £200 worth of damage to a Ford Fiesta belonging to Miss Toni Miller.
The alleged incident happened outside the Farmers Arms at Spark Bridge, near Ulverston, on September 6.
He is accused of intending to destroy or damage property and without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, possessing a knife.
