STAGECOACH has issued a warning telling bus service users to expect disruption due to the Tour of Britain.
The transport company took issued a statement about changes to services on social media and their website.
Stagecoach said: "Our services in and around the Lakes will be disrupted on September 6 and 7 as Cumbria hold two stages of the race.
"We have worked hard to ensure minimal disruption to your journey as a result of the race, but some services will be affected."
