14-year-old girl assaulted outside Cumbria pub

A 14-YEAR-OLD girl was assaulted last night outside a Cumbria pub.

The girl suffered a cut to the lip outside the Royal Oak pub in King Street, Whitehaven, during the assault, which took place at about 6.30pm. 

A blonde haired, teenage girl is believed to be the offender.

It is understood a woman in her late 20s assisted the victim.
