A VITAL service has welcomed on board a new member of staff to help it continue saving lives across the region.
The North West Ambulance Service has appointed Mark Tattersall as its new non-executive director.
As a qualified accountant, Mr Tattersall has worked with a number of high profile companies during his career including Co-operative Bank, Leeds Building Society, the BBC and London Scottish Bank.
Wyn Dignan, chairman for North West Ambulance Service, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mark to the Service and are confident that he will be a positive addition to the Trust Board.
“He has a wealth of experience within the healthcare and finance sector, and as a non-executive director, and this will be invaluable to the Trust."
