Can you help to name blacksmith?

COUNTRY BUSINESS: We are hoping a reader may be able to offer more information about this pictures from the early 1900s which turned up at a car book sale in Cheshire. It clearly shows a blacksmith and the only detail recorded on the image was ‘ Smithy, Barrow, Hawkeshead’ It is more likely to be in Hawkshead than Barrow.
