Cumbria will be on the move next week, with the launch of the first ever Go Active weekend.
The Go Active Weekend sees businesses across the county offering the chance to win free sessions, vouchers and taster days on October 1 and 2.

The Go Active Weekend is in support of our Go Active in Cumbria campaign, which runs in association with Active Cumbria, GSK, and Cumbria County Council.
Currently 68 per cent of Cumbrians spend less than 30 minutes a month doing any exercise, but the Go Active campaign aims to change that by giving everyone a chance to enjoy what Cumbria has to offer.
As well as there being loads of prizes to win, you can also go along to one of many free events being held all around Cumbria, including the Jennings Rivers Ride, Sky Rides, Parkruns and the Great Cumbrian Run.
