Young man found dead in Barrow hostel

THE coroner will prepare a report after a young man was found dead inside a hostel in Barrow on Monday.
Police were called to the Silverdale Street property around 12.20pm after receiving reports of a sudden death.
Officers' initial inquiries indicate there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death.
He is believed to be a local resident, but police have not released his name or age at this stage.
The coroner has been informed.
