Teen attacked in Ulverston pub

A TEENAGER was assaulted while she had a drink during Ulverston’s Dickensian Festival.

The 18-year-old was in The Farmers Arms, in Market Place, when she was assaulted at around 10.40pm on Saturday.
Police said the victim was pulled to the ground by her hair by a woman who pushed between her and her friend at the bar.
The attacker was described as being about 5ft 5in tall, aged in her 40s, with shoulder length hair and a tanned complexion. She was wearing a dark grey jumper with sparkles on it.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is asked to contact PC Turner at Ulverston police on 101.
