Motorcyclist taken to hospital following crash

A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash in Barrow.
The Ducati bike crashed at the junction of Park Road and Rakesmoor Lane at around 2.15pm.
The ambulance service attended to assist the 58-year-old male driver, who had minor back injuries.
A police spokeswoman said the man had been taken to Furness General Hospital.
The road remained open.
