FITNESS

Zumba fitness: Monday at the Pensioner’s Hall, Millom, 9.30am, St Luke’s Hall, Haverigg, 2.30pm and Silecroft Hall at 7pm. On Wednesday at Bootle Village Hall at 6.30pm. Also classes on a Friday at St Matthew’s Hall, Highfield Road, Barrow, at 5.30pm and St Aiden, Barrow at 7.30pm. Zumba Gold on Tuesday at Thwaites Village Hall, The Green, Millom, at 6.15pm, and on Thursday at the Victory Hall, Broughton at 11am and Thwaites Village Hall, The Green, Millom, at 2pm, also on Friday at Nelson Street Centre, Barrow at 11am.
