Ice warning for Cumbria as mercury drops
Last updated at 16:31, Wednesday, 28 November 2012
THE Met Office has warned people to watch out for ice on Cumbria's roads and footpaths over the next 24 hours.
Temperatures are expected to fall below freezing overnight across many parts of England, including places in the North-West.
The recent wet weather means there is an increased risk of ice developing on roadways and walkways - even those that have been treated with salt.
