When my name was annouced as winner of the modelling competition 2008, i must admitt it took a while to actually sink in! not knowing what to expect we jetted off to sunny Feurteventura.

On the first day, it was wet and windy! i could not belive it! so we were unable to take pictures!
Thankfully the sun was out on the second day so we were all up early ready for our hair and make up to be made to perfection! the sun continued to beam throughout the week, but unfortunately we were all to busy posing caked in make up and hair spray to catch the rays! however the pictures taken this week speak for themselves! they are astounding! abosultely fantastic!

Posing in such heat was a challenge, dehydrated, sweating and tired, we all battled on in result of such terrific `pictures captured by Mike Kells.

Personally my favourite shoot was where all 4 of us hiked up the sand dunes wearing black bikinis for a group picture in the sun set! as the sun set, we all posed and pouted our matching red lips. i felt awesome!! we then ditched the whole posey posey malarky and jumped up in the air for an action shot, it was so funny, i loved it!

However, after having a sneaky peek at all the pictures which were took this week, i really like the metallic bikini pictures- the sky, the sea and US girls...look absolutely hot if i do say so myself haha!!

I'm positive the port folios put together for us are going to be as mind blowing as this experience! i wouldnt have changed any of it for the world! i would just like to take this oppurtunity to thank mike kells for taking such breath takin pictures, kirsty price for all the support and mentoring throughout the competition, dawn kells and erin hargreaves for totally transforming us all and rick crabtree for putting up with 7 women for 7days..legend!
