After her son Kieran was born three years ago she ran to lose the baby weight. Now 16 weeks pregnant she’s going to continue running while she can, but will take it easy.

Health Matters

ONCE again, the NHS has asked pharmacies in local communities to take part in the NHS flu vaccination programme alongside GP surgeries in Cumbria. By working in tandem with our medical colleagues, we hope to get as many people who are considered by the NHS as being in an ‘at risk’ group vaccinated as possible. It is important that the vaccine is administered every year as the flu virus causing infections changes from year to year.
