Health Matters

AS with most things in life, moderation is the key. The amount of alcohol you drink is of course related to how bad you feel the following morning. To reduce the chances of feeling rough, the best place to start is to have an idea of how much alcohol is in your drink. As a general rule, a can of lager/cider contains two units and a pint contains three. A small glass of wine is just over one unit, as is a single measure of spirit.
